Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms govern access to and use of yBlock (“the Service”) by businesses (“Merchant”, “you”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
1. The Service
yBlock helps Merchants manage orders from their online store: confirmation, courier booking, tracking, returns, courier cases, messaging and payment reconciliation. Features depend on the integrations you connect.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for your account, for the staff you invite and for keeping login details secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Plans and payment
- New accounts start on the Free plan, which has a monthly order limit. Larger volumes, more stores, team members or courier accounts require a paid plan.
- Plans have limits (such as stores, team members, courier accounts and monthly orders). Fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.
4. Your data and your customers
- You own your store data. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data and to contact them, including consent for WhatsApp messages where required, and for complying with WhatsApp, Meta, Shopify and courier policies.
5. Third-party services
The Service connects to third-party services (for example Shopify, Meta/WhatsApp and courier companies). Their availability, pricing (such as WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta) and actions are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, delivery outcomes or courier payments.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, spam, attempts to access other Merchants' data, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service's operation.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and backed up, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost sales), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or have unpaid fees. On request after termination, we will provide an export of your data or delete it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
